Changyou.com Announces its 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F is Available on the Company's Website
Beijing, China, March 1, 2010 – Changyou.com Limited ("Changyou" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CYOU), a leading online game developer and operator in China, today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 26, 2010. The Annual Report is available on the "Investor Relations" section of the Company's website at http://www.changyou.com/ir. The Company will also provide a hard copy or electronic copy of the Annual Report free of charge to its shareholders upon request.
