CHANGYOU.COM TO REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2010 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON APRIL 26, 2010

Beijing, China, April 12, 2010 - Changyou.com Limited ("Changyou" or the "Company") NASDAQ: CYOU), a leading online game developer and operator in China, will report its first quarter 2010 unaudited financial results on Monday, April 26, 2010 , before U.S. market hours.

Changyou's management team will host a conference call on the same day at 7 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, April 26, 2010 (7 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong, April 26, 2010) following the quarterly results announcement.
